These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of our products/service, including custom permanent jewelry. By accessing our site and purchasing from Breezy Linx, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Products and Pricing

We offer a range of custom permanent jewelry in Gold-filled and Sterling Silver. Each metal is priced differently. Please refer to the Pricing List. Additional charms are available for an extra cost, ranging from $10 to $15. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be stacked - only one per appointment. A deposit of $15 is now required. Appointments are not yet final until deposit has been sent.

3. Customization and Orders

All pieces are custom-made based on your selection. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering. Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be changed once they are confirmed.

4. Payment Terms

We accept Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash, and other approved payment methods. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely to protect your personal and payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Breezy Linx does not offer shipping due to being a service provider.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom jewelry unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of service date.

All content on this website, including logos, images, product designs, and descriptions, are the intellectual property of Breezy Linx. Unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to harm our services or other customers. Any fraudulent or unlawful activities will result in the immediate suspension of your access to our site.
