1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of our website and services, including custom permanent jewelry. By booking or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

  • Custom jewelry is available in Gold-Filled and Sterling Silver.

  • Charms: $10–$20.

  • Prices may change; promotions cannot be combined.

  • $15 deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

3. Customization & Orders

  • All pieces are custom-made; please verify all details before booking.

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed.

​

4. Payment

  • Accepted: Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service.

​

5. Booking Policy

  • $15 deposit secures your appointment; without it, booking is not confirmed.

  • Provide 48 hours’ notice for reschedules/cancellations via email or DM.

  • Arriving 15+ minutes late counts as a no-show; repeated lateness may affect future bookings.

6. Large Party Bookings

  • Groups of 4+ are considered a party and require advance planning.

  • Deposits may be required per person.

  • On-site event services available; travel/setup fees may apply.

  • Public events announced first on Instagram Stories.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • Breezy Linx reserve the right to refuse service for:

  • Harassment, stalking, or intimidation

  • Invasive questions/comments

  • Aggressive or unsafe behavior

  • We aim to maintain a positive, welcoming environment.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final due to the custom nature of jewelry.

  • Refunds only for verified defects; report within 30 days.

9. Safety Disclaimer

  • Not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or irritation.

  • Clients assume responsibility for aftercare and jewelry maintenance.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content is property of Breezy Linx. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Breezy Linx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
